Mop-headed loud mouth Whoopi Goldberg, newest member of that grand television institution of deep thought, The View, managed to set back all African-Americans with one fell swoop.Defending the self admitted fan of dog fighting, animal abuser Michael Vick today, she declared that ""from where he comes from" in the South, dogfighting isn't that unusual." Well, neither is running about in bed sheets and burning crosses. Shall a defense of that particular hobby issue forth from her gaping maw? I doubt it.
I certainly hope that she is seen for what she is, a well-done version of the previous resident of that chair, that well-spring of good taste and reason, Rosie "Oh, noes, they be steelin my bukket!" O'Donnell.
Goldberg needs to be taken to task for this, not only by African-Americans, but Americans in general. She is an insulting, ignorant waste of oxygen.
