Attention back yard gardeners...
This is for real. The scope of it is so broad that it could actually criminalize back yard food gardeners... While chances are this will be pruned and weeded before it gets anywhere, it's a damned good example of just what the mentality is of the ruling class in DC toward the citizens they are supposed to represent. If this actually goes anywhere, instead of a tea party, we should have a manure, rotten tomatoes and pitchforks party. The scum suckers in Congress need to go, now.
